How Freight Delivery Works

Your machine ships on a pallet or skid via a freight carrier. The carrierwill call you to set a delivery appointment — so make sure we have a phonenumber where you can actually be reached. Delivery is curbside: if youdon't have a forklift or loading dock, a liftgate lowers the equipment toground level.
 

Before Delivery Day

• Keep your phone handy. The carrier calls to schedule the appointment.

• Clear a path and a landing spot — you're receiving a pallet-sizeddelivery.

• Know where it's going. The liftgate sets it on the ground at thecurb; moving it from there is on your side of the delivery.
   

Inspect Before You Sign

Freight damage is rare, but it's your signature that closes the delivery.Check the crate and the machine before you sign — if anything's damaged,write it on the delivery receipt, take photos, and contact us right away.That documentation is what protects a freight claim, and we'll help youmake it right.
