How to Start a Return

1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery — phone or email, with yourorder number.

2. We confirm the details — you'll receive return instructions andwe'll arrange the freight for your machine.

3. Prep the machine — unused, in original resalable condition, with allincluded parts and documentation.

4. Refund — issued to your original payment method once the return isreceived and inspected.
    

What Qualifies

Equipment must be unused and in original, resalable condition with allincluded parts and documentation. Items showing use, missing parts, ordamage from improper handling may not qualify.
 

The 2-Year Warranty

Every machine is backed by a 2-year warranty covering defects in materialsand workmanship under normal use.

Covered: manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.Not covered: normal wear, consumable parts, misuse, or damage fromimproper maintenance.

Contact us with your order number plus a description and photos of theissue — we'll take it from there and help make it right.
